Los Angeles, CA- The Tacoma Knights have signed goaltender Ruslan Katsnelson for the upcoming 2014-2015 season. Katsnelson, 16, played for the state-champion Channel Islands Riptide U16AA team and finished with a GAA of 1.92 and SV% of .920. The Riptide competed in the 2014 National Championship tournament backstopped by Katsnelson in between the pipes.
